All dancers selected for the 2025–2026 Charlotte Dance Collective Competition Team are required to attend our Mandatory Team Bootcamp. Held the week of August 18–22, this intensive training experience sets the tone for the season ahead—emphasizing discipline, unity, and technical excellence.

​

Over five evenings of focused training, dancers will strengthen their technique, build endurance, enhance flexibility, and begin the mental and physical preparation necessary for a high-performance season. Sessions will also include team-building activities and genre-specific drills designed to prepare dancers for choreography and competition.
